As this is a small practice, all contact is managed by the psychologists themselves to keep fees affordable. As we are seeing clients and may not be able to answer the phone call immediately, please leave a message and allow up to 48 hours for a response. We will endeavour to return all calls and messages asap. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

For GP referrals, please note that we do not have a fax machine and will not be able to receive care plans via this correspondence. Your GP can send the referral either by Medical Objects, email, and/or by printing a hard copy for you to bring to your initial appointment. Please ensure that you have our current Healing Base Psychology details (29b/207 Currumburra Road, Ashmore QLD 4214) as we have had numerous previous workplaces, and sometimes these referrals get mistakenly sent there.
